He was predeceased by: his parents, Thaddeus Clements and Lena Clements (Rapp); and his siblings, Larry, Venora and Nancy.
He is survived by: his children, Marla Berthot of Milton, Florida, Ronda Evenson of Chanute, KS, Teresa McDonald of WaKeeney, KS, Thaddeus Clements of Chanute, KS, Todd Clements of WaKeeney, KS and Melinda Cain of Elsmore, KS.; and his siblings, Thaddeus Clements (Sonny) of Chanute, KS, Jack Clements of Brenham, TX, Janice Coykendall of Humboldt, KS, Sarajane Carder of Heston, KS and Kathy Kucera of Olathe, KS. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Family has suggested memorials be given to St. Jude's Childrens Hospital or St. Peter's Lutheran Church of Humboldt, KS; and can be left with or mailed to the funeral home.
