She is survived by: her children, Christina Hardwick of Iola, KS, Melissa Lee of Douglass, KS and Joshua Lee (Angela) of Augusta, KS; her siblings, Michael Leftwich of Chanute, KS, Thomas Mathes of Kansas City, Darla McCullough of Iola, KS, Katie McCluskey of Overland Park, KS and Susan Phillips of Wichita, KS; and her grandchildren, Alexandria Nicole Scriven, Joseph Wesley Martin, Justin Keith Martin, Ayumi Ava Lee and Declan Wesley-Amanh Lee. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as great-nieces and great-nephews.
