He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Horn and Helen Horn (Howland). He is survived by: his wife Janice Kay Messersmith of Chanute, KS; his son Justin; his daughter-in-law Amy of Parkville, MO; his sister Marilyn; and his brother-in-law Garry of Bella Vista, AR. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and several cousins.
