He is survived by: his former wife Laura Bollig; his wife Jerri; his children, Sara Timblin (Forrest), Richard Fogle (Courtnee), Race Fogle (Meka) and Ricci Fogle of Chanute, KS; his mother Helen Fogle (Smedley) of Chanute, KS; his brother Richard Kearney (Carolyn) of Augusta, KS; and his grandsons, John and Jackson Fogle Ricky.
