He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer John and Ada Marie Irwin Oliver; his children, Sherry Oliver Gianos and Larry Oliver; his stepchildren, Darlene Schlegel and Archie Grady; and his siblings, Raymond Oliver, Robert Oliver and Judy Oliver Ulshafer.
He is survived by: his son Rick Oliver (Stephanie) of Chanute; his daughter-in-law Mary; and his stepsons, Mike Grady (Jan) of Stockton and Wes Grady (Pam). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
