He is survived by: his wife Jackie Berthot; his sons, Jeff Berthot (Patty), Mike Berthot (Mikal) of Chanute, KS and Tim Berthot; his siblings, Francis Berthot of Yates Center, KS, Bill Berthot, Pat Johnston of Hartshorne, OK and Rosemary Berthot of Chanute, KS; his grandchildren, Ricky Swanson, Brandon Swanson, Sarah Swanson-Strack, Braxton Berthot, Bryce Berthot, Alec Berthot, Asia Larson and Tyler Brotherton; and his great grandchild Numerous. He is also survived by Numerous nieces and nephews.
