She was predeceased by: her parent Lee Ward (Opal Hizey); her husband John Drummond; her daughter Deidri Marie; her great grandchild Eli Cooper Briley; her mother Opal Ward; her siblings, Fred Bolinger, Wayne Ward, Ernest Ward, Ruby Rogers and Beulah Barker; and her sisters-in-law, Maxine Bolinger and Juanita Ward.

She is survived by: her children, Patricia Ann Briley (Leon) of Paola, Steven Lee (Melody) of Peculiar, MO and Tish Matlock (Cecil); her grandchildren, Angie Zahn (Steve), Bart Briley (Meaghen), Carrie Casserilla (Brian), Derek Drummond (Maegan) and Cory Drummond; her great grandchildren, Shelby, Allie, Noah, Gracely, Luke, Brenna, Xavier, Aubrey, Dawson, Phoebe, Ezra, Lydia and Nolan; her great great grandchild Ada; and her sister-in-law Darlene Ward of Wichita, KS..

Memorial contributions have been suggested to the First Presbyterian Church, American Legion Honor Guard, or the KU Basketball Supporters and may be left with or mailed to the funeral home.
