With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Naomi Jean Cordner (Chanute, Kansas), born in Iola, Kansas, who passed away on August 31, 2019 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Bedenbender and Beulah Bedenbender (Osborne); her spouse Gene Cordner; and her brother James Bedenbender. She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Parmenter (Bill) and Diann Young (Bill) of Chanute, KS; her grandchild Nicki Slaamot (Collin Danielle Kyle); and her great grandchildren, Taylor Slaamot, Takoda Kyle and Tabor Kyle.
The family suggests memorials to be made to Shriners Hospital for Children or Harry Hynes Hospice and may be mailed to the funeral home.
