She is survived by: her former spouse Deon Puckett; her daughter Lyla Masterson of Pittsburg, Kansas; her stepchildren, Mike Campbell (Michele) of Arlington, Virginia and Steve Brazil of Halstead, Kansas; her grandchildren, Travis Becker of Riverton, Melinda Becker of Pittsburg, Kourtney Puckett of Overland Park and Taryn Miller Owen of Gardner, Kansas; her stepgrandchildren, Aja Campbell of Falls Church, Virginia, Corey Brazil of Wichita and Jess Brazil of Wichita, Kansas; and her daughter-in-law Twila Clinesmith. She is also survived by Eight great-grandchildren.
