He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh and Elizabeth (Rogan); his son Joseph Paul Irelan; and his stepfather William Woodrow Saegers. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo; his sons, George Irelan (Kim) of Leavenworth, KS and William Tracy (Bill); his stepsons, David Forsyth (Catherine) of Austinville, VA and Timothy Merrill (Tracy) of Seattle, WA; and his sister Jody Becker. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
