He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence William and Ruth Ann Legge (Johnson). He is survived by: his daughter Jessica Legge (Dominic Vargas) of Wichita; his sister Nancy Kellerman of Florida; his close friends, Wes and Lea Ann Mullins of Hutchinson; and also Angel Leamon. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
