He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Rensing and Pauline Rensing (Dietrich). He is survived by: his children, Jon Hood (Jennifer) of Chanute, KS, Jennifer Hood of Blue Springs, MO, Laura Rensing (Jared) of Blue Springs, MO, Kimberly Rensing (Danial) of Kansas City, MO and Daniel Rensing (Tiffany) of Chanute, KS; and his sisters, Phyllis Steinman of Chanute, KS, Leta Elliot of Chanute, KS and Donna Kellerman of Mission, KS. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.
