He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathaniel Harrison and Lena Alta Williams Welch; and his siblings, Rosemary Valliere, Richard Welch, Acey Welch, Lola Stoll, Kay Dennis, Stoney Welch and Norma Jean.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Callarman; his children, Gail Haynes (Neil), Lisa Daniels of Chanute, Heidi Ranz (Jared) of Altoona, Jennifer Gates of Wichita, Clay Welch (Lauren), Randy Stout (Christy) of Chanute and Bryon Russell (Audrey Smith) of Portland; his sisters, Joanna Welch of Chanute, Patricia Glasgow of Chanute and Barbara Fulton of Chanute; and his grandchildren, Whitney, Zach, Ryan, Ashlynn, Lance, Maycie, Connor, Talan, Hudson, Calliope, Maralin and Cecilia. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
