She is survived by: her husband Ralph Byron Hoffman; her children, Russell Tarvin (Shannon), Randall Kennedy (Amy) of Grove and James Hoffman of Thayer, KS; and her brothers, David Chaney (Teresa) and Don Chaney (Jean) of Buffalo, KS.
