She is survived by: her husband Gary Friederich; her sons, Garrett Phillips of Albuquerque, Aaron Phillips (Hailey) of Parsons and Dylan Phillips (Nora) of Iola; her stepchildren, Elijah Friederich of Pittsburg and Chloe Etz (Bradley) of Lawrence; her granddaughter Zora of Iola; and her siblings, Eddie Maksimowicz (Marianne) of Colorado Springs, Sam Maksimowicz (Beverly) of Aurora, John Maksimowicz (Sheila) of Derby and Frances Friederich of Fayetteville, Arkansas. She is also survived by many cousins; nieces; nephews; students and friends.
Memorials have been suggested to the American Cancer Society via Relay for Life of Neosho County and may be left with or mailed to the funeral home.
