Glenn Wayne Wrestler Sr. Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Glenn Wayne Wrestler Sr. of Chanute, Kansas, who passed away on November 15, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Oral and Juanita Lois Wrestler (Brinkmeyer); his siblings, Robert Wrestler, Thelma Ford and Jean Bilbe; his former wife Alta Barnett (Lora Lee Wrestler); and his grandsons, Kirk Wrestler and Mikey Wrestler.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Nadine Rumold; his children, Marsha Aikins (Kenny), Cindy King (Terry), Glennis Wilson (Lonnie), Glenn Wrestler, Jr. (Debbie), Scott Wrestler, Tony Wrestler (Dawn), Terri Jo Conger (Scott) and Jerry Horn Chanute (Jonnet Williams); his sister Eva Brockman (Newton); and his sister-in-law Bonnie Wrestler. He is also survived by Thirty grandchildren, thirty-seven great children, and seven great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Otterbein United Methodist Church (202 S Lincoln Ave, Chanute, KS 66720). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions are suggested to Tri-Valley Developmental Services, Chanute or ACARF Allen County Animal Rescue Facility and can be mailed to or left with the funeral home.
