He was predeceased by: his parents, Freddie Markham and Ella Markham (Billbe); his daughter Sherry Glascow; his brother Richard Markham; and his sister-in-law Pat Markham (Barbara).
He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Markham (Sherry Johnson), William Markham (Rebecca Piatt Markham) and Susan Staggs of Chanute; and his stepdaughters, Carla McManis (Gayland) of Lamar, MO, Carlene Hinkle (Ben) of Altamont, KS, Charlene Essig of Mound Valley, KS and Charlotte Suddock (Mark) of Mound Valley, KS. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 7 step-grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren.
