It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elsie Irene Defenbaugh in Chanute, Kansas, who passed away on December 27, 2020, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Boggs and Artie Boggs (Arnett); her husband Herbert Defenbaugh; her siblings, Mervin Boggs, Wayne Boggs and Doris Clements; and her grandsons, Timothy Flueker and Todd Lindberg.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Erickson (Richard), Sharon Eggens (Dale) of Arkansas City, KS. and Fred Defenbaugh (Nancy) of Baldwin City, KS; and her sister-in-law Ula Defenbaugh. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, one great, great grandchild.
The family will not be there due to Covid restrictions.
