It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ellise Davis of Chanute, Kansas, who passed away on May 8, 2022, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cornelius Thompson and Juanita Hughes; her husband Paul Davis; her children, Allen, Gary and Diane; her grandchildren, Dale, Keishia, Detrick and Danicka; and her great grandchild Danielle.
She is survived by: her children, Saundra Woolfolk of Tulsa, Paulette Mosbey of Kansas City, Joyce Johnson (Woody) of Wichita, Ralph Davis (Tänya) of Chanute, Kevin Davis of Manhattan and Deborah Goins (Wayne) of Manhattan, Kansas.; and her grandchildren, Craig, Kirk, Mitchell, Michael, Mechelle, Gary Jr., Maurice, Juanette, Kimberly, Ray Jr., Chelsea, Monica, Tyrone, Kiesha, Shenee, Alyssa, Sea and Jasmine. She is also survived by forty-two great-grandchildren, twenty-three great-great-grandchildren.
