She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Jim McCoy; her children, Roy McCoy (Erin) of Chanute and Linda Barnes (Julie) of Chanute; her stepchildren, Larry Beck (Debbie) of Chanute and Jerry Beck (Kimberly King) of Chanute; her grandchildren, Kristy Friederich (Jamie) of Chanute, Janet Naff (Matt) of Chanute, Tyler McCoy (Sara) of Chanute, Mallory Guiot (Megan Bartholomew) of Chanute, Jalynn Guiot (Sam Norris) of Humboldt and Jacob Guiot of Independence, KS.; her stepgrandchildren, Ethan Beck (Mary) of Kalistell, MT, Jered Beck of Chanute and Jill Klasen (Gary) of Hutchison, KS.; her great grandchildren, Hunter, Drake Friederich, Kamri, Karter Naff and Rhys Treiber; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Bryson, Briley, Bradyn Peavy, Hazel Beck, Peyton Beck, Matticyn and Ashlyn Klasen; her parents, Harry Larson and Hattie Larson; her son Glen Ray McCoy; and her siblings, Charles, Dale "Deke" Larson, Helen Horton (Don) and Mary Tunnell (Clyde).

The family suggests memorials to be made to Harry Hynes Hospice, ACARF or First Christian Church and may be left with or mailed to the funeral home.
