He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Delmer Carl and Leona Emma Cowen (Reed); his sons, Jeff Cowen (Samantha) of Parsons, Steve Cowen of Chanute and Jeremy Cowen (April) of Chanute, KS; his sister Pat Osborn (Freddie Sharon Tomlinson); and his wife Sherry. He was also cherished by Four Grandchildren Eight Great Grandchildren Pete was preceded in death by his parents.
