He is survived by: his siblings, Rita Mae Olsen of Glenpool, OK, Allen W. Olsen (Bernadette) of Laurel, MD and Billy G. Olsen (Patty) of Broken Arrow, OK; and his nieces and nephews, Chris Olsen, Michael Olsen (Heather), Nathaniel Olsen (Angie), Melissa Riley (Mekko), Justin Jones, Allen Olsen (Ashley) and Richard Olsen (Tanya).
