He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles T. Kemp and Lillian R. Kemp. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his sisters, Kitty Barnes of Towson, MD and Mary O'Connell (Pat) of Parsonsburg, MD; his niece Bobbie Laur (family: Katie Melchor); his great-nieces, Amanda Mason, Cassie Mueller and Emily Roecker; and also Rick of Humboldt, KS.
