He is survived by: his parents, Melvin Towne and Doris Towne (Hitt); his wife Vicki Towne of Chanute, KS; his son Charles Andrew Towne of Torrington, WY; and his siblings, Eunice Herchenrhoder (Michael) of Dallas, TX and Edward Towne. He is also survived by Nieces and Nephews Charlie is preceded in death by his parents.
