He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Boaz and Julia Boaz (Thielen); and his mother-in-law Alma Smith. He is survived by: his wife Kristy Boaz (Smith); his children, Chad Boaz (Alyssa) of Erie, KS, Kimberly Boaz of Kansas City, MO and Brooke Bullimore (Jeremy) of Lee's Summit, MO; his siblings, Alice Tobin of Chanute, KS, Barbara Kline (Tony) of Canyon, TX, Mike Boaz of Chanute, KS and Pat Boaz (Trudi) of Mead, CO; and his grandchildren, Connor, Mason, Adalyn, Finn and Nora. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Charlie would ask that you do something that he would do; strike up a conversation with a stranger, find a way to support your community, or spend time outside planting flowers or playing ball.
