She is survived by: her parents, Robert Burt and Sheila Burt (Farmer) of Chanute; her husband Jason Moore of Chanute; her children, Isaiah and Mattea Charlotte Mae Moore; her brother Michael Burt; her nieces and nephews, Hunter of Chanute and Leyton Burt of Chanute; and her grandmother Maxine Burt of Moran, KS..
