He is survived by: his former wife Velva J. Chapman; his sons, Brian Cully (Sandra) of Hutchinson, KS, Brent Cully (Jacque), Martin Cully (Laurie Juaire) of Chanute, KS, Victor Kmiecik (Nancy) of Buffalo, KS and John Kmiecik of Louisiana; and his daughter-in-law Annette Cully of Hutchinson, KS.
