He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lyle Leeper and Florence Marie Leeper (Stonehocker); his wife Pamela J. Phillips (Hammans); his children, Jeremy, Jason (Melinda), Staci Lynn Leeper of Chanute, KS and Amy Johnson (Ed Turner) of Chanute, KS; his siblings, Ronnie Leeper (Ida) of Chanute, KS, Roy Leeper of Adair, IA, Jim Stonehocker (Kelly) of Adair, IA, Darlene Stover (Paul) of Las Vegas, NV, Marilyn Hart (Paul Maltease) of Gray, TN, Diane Culp of Girard, KS, Mary Prokpec (Richard) of Clarkson, NE, Jackie DeRyke (Mike) of Shelby, NE and Janet Braun (Frank) of Freemont, NE; and his nephews, Blair Stover and Jesse Leeper. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to the Shriner's Children's Hospital or to the E.L.K.S. Lodge No. 806 Lake Fund.
