She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frank Fackler and Iva Fackler (Seery); her husband John Parkins (Jack); her children, Jeff, Jeffery Parkins of Midwest City and Lisa Girard (Greg) of Branson, Missouri; her grandchildren, Stephany Heck (Louis), Trenton Brooks (Charlie) and Patrice Girard; her great grandchildren, Clay Heck and Carol Brooks; her son Randy Parkins A; and her siblings, David Lee Fackler A and Velma Fry.
Memorial contributions in Betty's honor have been designated to the First Christian Church, Chanute, Kansas and can be mailed to or left with the funeral home.
