She is survived by: her husband Richard Gillis; and her children, Jean Harris of Chanute, Kansas, Kathy Felter of Scammon, Kansas, Joeottis Arell Jr. of Humboldt, Kansas, Cheryl Pickel of Chesapeake, Virginia, Becky Jackson of Fort Scott, Kansas and Todd Gillis of Prescott, Kansas.. She is also survived by ses 24 grandchildren and 33 great-grandchildren.
