With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jo Ann Russell of Centralia, Kansas, who passed away on September 16, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Argo and Helen Argo (Hubbard); her husband Clifford "Skip" Russell; and her brother Richard Argo. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Russell (Candy) of Salina, Kenton Russell (Jessica) of Hays, Kansas and Kerri Mozingo (Richard) of Seneca, Kansas; and her siblings, Joyce Lowery, Don Argo, Tom Argo (Polly), Steve Argo (Linda) and David Argo (Sri). She is also survived by her 12 grandchildren; her nine great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Winifred Baptist Church sent in care of Popkess Memorial Chapel, 814 Castle Street, Seneca, Kansas 66538.
