He is survived by: his children, Susan Baker (Charles) of Wellsville, Greg Chadwick (Leslie) of Emporia, Tim Chadwick (Karen) of Vermillion, Jean Warner of Milford, Patricia Heideman (Clint) of St Marys and Steve Chadwick of Springfield, MO; his granddaughters, Amanda Baker and Sarah Baker; his children, Blake Chadwick, Darian Chadwick, Amber Ellis, Zack Chadwick, Jennifer Chadwick, Caleb Chadwick, Travis Warner, Traci Howard, Talor Warner, Jax Warner, Garrett Thowe, Casen Thowe, Avry Thowe and Ellis Chadwick; his great grandchildren, Briggs, Carson, Cohen Chadwick, Collin Hayden, Aiden, Evan, Keegan Warner and Delayna Ellis; and his siblings-in-law, Kathleen Werner, Colleen Moran, Salina and Roger McNally.
Memorials are suggested to the Coal Creek Cemetery or Nemaha County Home Health and Hospice, and may be sent in care of the funeral home.
