McKinney in Cedar, Kansas, born in Longdale, Oklahoma, who passed away on September 20, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Avery G. Hall and Edna Knoop Hall; her husband Carl McKinney; and her siblings, Dean Hall, Jon Hall and Irene Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth R. McKinney and Sheila McKinney. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
