She was predeceased by: her parents, William Wayne Luther and Garnette Alice Luther; and her brother Norman. She is survived by: her former spouse Heber Perez; her daughters, Carmen Yolanda, Tina Maria and Linda Francesca; her granddaughters, Angelina Elaina and Angelina Minton-Perez; and her brothers, Martin Luther (Shirlee) and Roger Luther (Brenda). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, extended family members and many friends.
Masks and social distancing will be required with a limited amount of people allowed in the funeral home at a time.
