He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Stout and Betty Stout (Marshall); his brothers, Bobby, Rick, George and Tommy Stout; and his daughter Alicia Schefelbein.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Stout; his sons, Kyle Stout of Cedar Vale, Karey Stout (Beth) of Cedar Vale, Kip Stout of Cedar Vale and Zach Stout of South Dakota; and his brothers, Johnny Stout of Dearing and Noner Stout of Peru, Kansas. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and one-great grandchild.
