He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry McKenzie and Della Mae Foster-McKenzie. He is survived by: his wife Winajean McKenzie of Cedar Vale; his children, Robert McKenzie (Brenda) of Wiley and Jane McKenzie (Alek Jaworski) of Lithia, FL; and his grandsons, Carl and Donald McKenzie. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
