He was predeceased by: his parents, Billie Albert and Florence Albert. He is survived by: his wife Jolene Muths (Freshman); his daughters, Kelsey Adams (Tim) of Beloit, Kansas and Kari Mellies (Brant) of Ness City, Kansas; his siblings, Rodney Albert (Ann) of Glen Elder, Kansas, Vicki Albert-Hayden (Larry) of Beloit, Kansas and Sandee Albert of Lebanon, Kansas; his siblings-in-law, Don Muths (Shari) of Clay Center, Kansas and Kaylene Hill of Spring Hill, Florida; and his grandchildren, Kemper, Reed, Elle Adams, Colter, Conner and Creighton Mellies.
Memorials may be given to the Mitchell County Historical Society or American Heart Association.
