He was predeceased by: his mother Shirley Hancock Smith. He is survived by: his former wife Lisa Parker; his wife Kristie Miller; his father Don Smith of Cawker City; his children, Jake Smith (Becky) of Glen Elder and Krista Pilcher (Jerritt) of Beloit; his stepdaughter Amanda Miller (Sam) of Manhattan; and his sisters, Jennifer Chriestenson (Steve) of Mankato and Janet Cochran (Ray) of Cawker City. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Family Expense Fund.
