He is survived by: his mother Lydia Meier (Werth) of Hays; and his sisters, Dorothy Ochs (Billy) of Hays, Betty A. Wolf of Hays and Carol Joy (Frank) of Hays. He is also survived by son, and numerous nieces and nephews.
