It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilma J. Kramer of Carbondale, Kansas, born in Ottawa, Kansas, who passed away on October 18, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Andrew O'Brien and Thelma O'Brien (Snethen); her husband Edward Kramer; her brothers, Wayne and Jerry O'Brien; her children, Edwin Kramer of Carbondale, Joycelyn Roney (Sonny) of Carbondale, Anne Stout (Greg) of Burlingame, Kathy Nydegger (Jerry) of Burlingame and Diana Baldry (Richard) of Topeka; and her brother Donald O'Brien of Topeka. She was also cherished by 12 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
