She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Allen Garner, Jr. and Norma Jean Garner (Black); her siblings, Connie O'Hara and David Garner; and her son Corey Hockenberry.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Hockenberry of Carbondale, KS; her children, Brian Gardner of Carbondale, KS, Doug Hockenberry (Haven) of Overbrook, KS and Ashley Tipping (Travis) of Osage City, KS; her siblings, Martha Diane Warren (Don) of Oklahoma City, OK, Kathleen Faye Dabney of Carbondale, KS, Thomas Allen Garner, III (Anne) of Bardstown, KY, Charles Eugene Garner of Osage City, KS and Robert Lee Garner (Ann) of Harveyville, KS; and her grandchildren, Malcolm, Rileigh and Locklynn.
