Piper of Carbondale, Kansas, born in Topeka, Kansas, who passed away on February 5, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Roy Lee and Lois Elizabeth Shepard (Martindale); her spouse Russell Piper; her son Randall Dean Piper; and her siblings, Robert, Charles, Leroy, George Shepard, Katherine Fike, Lola Tryon, Lilly Massick and Mary Snell.
She is survived by : her children, Daniel Wade Piper of Scranton, KS and Elizabeth Needham (Chris) of Wakarusa, KS; her grandchildren, Ross, Elizabeth Piper of Topeka, KS, Adam, Holly Piper of Carbondale, KS, Madison Needham of Wakarusa, Katie and Josie Piper of Scranton, KS; and her great grandchildren, Dylan, Waylon Piper and Grady Piper.
