He was predeceased by : his mother Edna Mae Wade (Coffman); his grandmother Marguerite Coffman; and his brother Gregory W. Wade. He is survived by : his father Robert Gary Wade, Sr.; his siblings, Diana L. Celland (Lydon), Delena M. VanVleck (Carbondale), Robert G. Wade, Jr. (Carbondale), Michael T. Wade (Topeka) and Tammy Harmen; his son Dustin Olblander; and his grandchildren, Allicea, Blayne and Cray. He is also survived by 6 nieces and 6 nephews, and 11 great nieces and 6 great nephews.
