He was predeceased by: his brother Hugh Freeman Ralstin of Battleground, IN.. He is survived by: his spouse Lavonne Sadie Rogers of Lamar, CO; his son Clifford Ralstin, Jr.; his wife Kim of Yates Center; his granddaughters, Kayla Taylor (Cody) of Emporia, Caitlin Ralstin of Emporia and Brooke Ralstin (Eric Huddleston) of Emporia; his great grandchildren, Carly Taylor of Yates Center and Aiden Taylor of Yates Center; his sister Maxine Ralstin of Syracuse; and also, Randy Ralstin of Carbondale, Vance Ralstin and Theresa Ralstin of Americus. He is also survived by two nieces; and many friends.
