He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Lee and Sharon Marie Koehn (Rupert). He is survived by: his wife Karen Peavy (McElwee); his daughters, Treva Norstrom (Eric) of Galva, KS and Aubrey Craig (Kirk) of McPherson, KS; his sister Gina Middleton (John) of Canton, KS; his grandchildren, Taryn, Ryder, Kourtney, Mimi, Red, Paxton and Avery; his stepsons, Chase Peavy (Alison) of Smolan, KS and Cody Peavy (Sabrina) of Moundridge, KS; his stepgrandchildren, Owen, Adelyn, Kohen and Sahalie; his niece Nikki; and his nephew Bret. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
