He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold Irvin and Lula Dowell (Latty); his wife Patricia Lee Pence; his daughters, Heather Lee Burch (Eric), Whitney Lee Blaylock (Ron) and Amber Lee Dowell (David Tripp); and his sister Lois Zeitlow. He was also cherished by five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
