He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Tomlin and Thelma Tomlin (Moses); his wife Katie Snell; his children, Wendell Rigsbee (Cathy), Kimberly Betts (Lonnie) and Shelly Wiley (Scott); his grandchildren, Wendell Rigsbee Jr. (Karla), Shawn Rigsbee (Andrea), Nikki Pease (Mark), Crystal Jusino (Michael), Zach Reeves (Tiffany), Carrie van Andel (Hayden), Dakota Wiley (Terrie), Dalton Wiley, ShyAnne Wiley and Dawson Wiley; his great grandchildren, Zaylie, Trinity, Gunner, Piper, Raiden Rigsbee, Whyatt Cates, Emery Pease, Brock Mejia, Adrian, Penelope, Poppy Jusino, Isabella Reeves, Mylan, Justin and Jackson Wiley; and his siblings, Bobby H. Tomlin and Thelma Williams.
The family has requested memorial contributions be make payable to Genentech Foundation, 1 DNA Way 311 B South, San Francisco, Ca. 94080 and may be left in care of the chapel.
