He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Fields and Vera Fields; his stepmother Nina Fields; his brother Dwight Fields; and his siblings-in-law, Marianna Brant, Marsha Fields and Kenneth Sullivan.
He is survived by: his wife Patty Sullivan; his sons, Kelly (Sara) of Nixa and Shane (Marisha) of Sedan, Kansas; his grandchildren, Josh, Kayla Fields, Kelsey Fields, Ella Edwards, Ester Dancey, Emmett Fields, Hadley Fields, Hayden Fields, Harley Fields and Hayven Fields; his great grandchildren, Ava, Paisleigh, Greyson and Declan; his sister Linda (Warren Newby); his siblings-in-law, Richard Brant and Carla Sullivan; and his stepsisters, Sandra Nesbitt and Sheryl Maxwell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family suggests memorial contributions can be made to Cornerstone Church; these may be left with the funeral home or mailed in care of David W. Barnes Funeral Home 306 N. Cline Rd. Coffeyville, KS 67337.
