He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Durst and Wilma Durst (Sanders). He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Durst; his sisters, Joyce Elliott of Claremore and Jane Warner of Inola, Oklahoma; his brothers-in-law, Steve Cook (Dena) of Coffeyville and Jay Cook (Monica) of Independence; and his nieces and nephews, Kriston Gerler of Tahlequah, Lacey Wyckoff (Dane) of Inola, Oklahoma, Cody Cook of Randall Minnesota, Brandy Hamm of Edna, Lindsey Golden of Independence and Andy Cook of Independence. He is also survived by eight great-nieces and nephews; and numerous cousins.
