George Rau Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 10, 2021 we had to say goodbye to George Rau of Caney, Kansas, born in Morrison, Oklahoma. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, P. W. Rau and Bessie Rau (Jobe); his wife Ramona; and his siblings, Walter, Gladys Tate, Bonnie Shields and Virginia Lagel.
He is survived by: his children, Lesa Rau and Aaron Rau (Teresa); his grandchildren, Jason Rau (Maria), Crystal Rau and Dustin Rau; his great grandchildren, Seth Rau and Shay Rau; his brother Donald Rau; and his sister-in-law Naomi Smead (Don). He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers and sisters.
Following Covid-19 guidelines masks and social distancing will be required.
The family suggests memorials be made payable to Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice or the Journey Home and they may be sent in care of Ford-Wulf-Bruns Chapel 2405 Woodland Ave. Coffeyville, KS 67337.
